The Directorate of Entrepreneurship, Godfrey Okoye University (GOUNI), Enugu, recently hosted an engaging virtual workshop titled “AI for Daily Life: Building Your Personal Infrastructure.” The session was facilitated by Miss Zoe Alexandra Curry, who guided participants through practical ways to integrate Artificial Intelligence into everyday work, learning, and personal development.
The two-hour interactive workshop brought together students, lecturers, administrative staff, entrepreneurs, and members of the public who were interested in understanding how AI can improve productivity and decision-making. The session was structured into four modules and included several hands-on exercises designed to help participants immediately apply what they learned.

Miss Zoe also demonstrated how commonly available AI platforms can be used to automate repetitive tasks, organize information, and enhance learning and decision-making. Participants were encouraged to adopt a thoughtful and responsible approach to AI while using it to save time and focus on more meaningful work. She also drew the attention of participants to the fact that AI can be confidently wrong sometimes, hence the need to review AI generated responses.
The workshop reflects the Directorate of Entrepreneurship’s continued commitment to equipping the university community with practical digital skills and innovative tools for the modern world.
At the end of the workshop, the Director of Entrepreneurship, Mr. Christopher Chidiebere Uwakwe expressed appreciation to Miss Zoe for facilitating the insightful session and to all participants who attended and contributed to the interactive discussions. The workshop marked another step in GOUNI’s commitment to fostering innovation, digital literacy, and entrepreneurial thinking within the university community.
