“Starting my own business was an idea so intimidating that I was hesitant to take the first step. The STEP program addressed my fears by providing me with the necessary tools, resources and support I desperately needed. Upon graduating, I found myself with the confidence I needed to pursue my goals and the validation that my dream was possible.”
