Over a year ago, the Directorate of Entrepreneurship (DoE) at Godfrey Okoye University, in partnership with the GO-Startup Incubation Foundation (GOSIF), Enugu, hosted a transformative Business Clinic for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at our Thinkers Corner Campus. This event brought together ambitious entrepreneurs, innovators, and industry experts united by a singular vision: building stronger, more sustainable business ventures.
The clinic focused on providing participants with actionable knowledge and expert guidance on modern customer relations strategies. The event, aptly titled “Onye Ahia bu Eze Azumahia” (The customer is king in the market), delivered a core message that remains essential today: treating customers with the utmost respect and excellence is the foundation of repeat business and long-term success.

The most inspiring aspect of the programme was the palpable determination displayed by our participants. Their willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new operational strategies highlighted the resilience that drives the MSME sector in Nigeria today.
As we look back on the success of this initiative, we extend our sincere gratitude to our seasoned facilitator, Ms. Chisom Cynthia Okoli, for her expert delivery and insightful session.
At the Directorate of Entrepreneurship, our mission is to nurture the next generation of successful business leaders. We remain committed to creating impactful opportunities for entrepreneurs across Enugu State and beyond, fostering a culture of innovation and professional excellence.
Stay tuned for upcoming programmes as we continue to support the growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
