STEP came into my life at a point when I had many ideas but lacked clear direction. Through the training, I learned how to organize my thoughts, build confidence in myself, and understand that I truly have the capacity to create something meaningful—both for my personal growth and for my community. Today, I am more confident, more proactive, and no longer stuck in overthinking. I simply needed a push to get started, and STEP-S provided that spark. Now, I take action on my ideas, and I am sincerely grateful for the program.

The STEP-S Training has made a big impact on me both personally and academically. It taught me how to create a business idea, develop it, and organize it properly using tools like the Business Model Canvas. I learned how to manage resources, plan my costs, identify customers, and think like an entrepreneur.

The training has also helped me understand the importance of teamwork, problem-solving, and time management. STEP-S encouraged me to think creatively and look for ways to generate income instead of depending on others. Overall, the program has increased my confidence and prepared me to run my business in a more organized and sustainable way.
